how do you start a region? :confused: I can't figure it out! :(
Firstly, this belongs in Technical.
Secondly, you click the link to view your region, for you that is 'the South Pacific.'
Then, near the top of that page, you will see 'Tired of life in the South Pacific? Then move to a new region!' Click that link, and follow the link to create your own region.
