As a suggestion, I think it would help if UN members were notified in some way, when new UN resolutions are posted. Many of the nations in my region feel that because they don't always check the UN page, often they forget when they have to vote. And instead of sending each UN nation a telegram, it could just be a message sent to every regional postings. I don't think there needs to be that much change needed, since we get telegrams for every proposal passed; with slight modifications, I think it would help some newer UN members to contribute their vote to proposals.

This has been posted several times before and has always been supported for the reasons above, but always fought because some people get annoyed by the telegrams saying that they passed.

I think Sal might have it waaaaaaaay down on his to-do list, but it's really low-priority.
