If you're talking about making a purchase at a storefront, just posting something like, "money will be wired on confirmation" or "money wired" is accepted to mean that you have wired the money.

There's no literal way to 'wire money'. It's an open RP thing. It all depends on your budget and how much you can afford. If a new nation tries to use trillions of dollars though, it will be ignored. You gotta make sure that when you 'wire money', your nation actually has that amount of money to use. Say you are purchasing something for 5 million dollars. All you have to do is this:
*5 million dollars wired upon confirmation*

*money wired*
It's really simple.
