However, first and foremost you'll want to let your country develop for a week or so to build up a population capable of having a decent military force; then, you'll want to be weapons and whatnot, reasonably, in the International Incidents forum before discussing with our nations whether they want to role-play a war with you.
Once you get some nations on board, you can "declare war" in a thread in International Incidents with those nations and have some fun.
