I have made a good flag but the way it turned out looks like crap because I had to get rid of the quaility. I did it on Photoshop 7, and I wanted to know what would be the best way for me to save it so it will look good but not be too large for the system not to allow it.

Drop the color count. You probably have it in 16 million color mode.

I built my flag on one i copied of the site that way i was sure of the size and color settings were right it also helped to keep the design simple
