um. This forum uses vBulletin and the site is coded in Perl. You can't make a forum in freewebs iirc. Go to invisionfree.com and get a forum there for free.

Aye - Freewebs doesn't support PHP and doesn't allow you to have a MySQL database. Without those two things, you can't really have a forum.

I've never found a satisfactory free hosting service, so I'd suggest you pay if you need things like PHP, Perl or mySQL. Even cheap hosting options are far more reliable than free ones.
If it's just a forum you need I'd endorse the suggestion that you use invisionfree, which is actually a very very good free service.

Freepgs.com (http://www.freepgs.com/) has nice hosting. You have to post on the forums to get mySQL though. Which isn't that hard.
