Idea: Issue/Resolution Repeals

I had a thought today. Perhaps something could be added to the game to allow you to change your stance on certain issues after legislation has been passed or possibly open them for review and randomly decide if the people of your country would repeal it. Also this could perhaps also apply to UN resolutions where member states or just delgates could bring the item back out for a new vote to see if popular opinion has changed and possibly repeal resolutions. I am unsure if this is a feasable option but I think it might add a new dimension to gameplay. Especially in the UN where some of us now in it were not around to vote on the resolutions currently passed. Anyone else have any thoughts on this?

Concerning issues: not going to happen.

Concerning UN proposals: I believe [violet] is working on some code to amend that.

With the UN resolutions, could we possibly make the repeal process identical to the legislative process? Delegates could put forth a "disapproval" by clicking on a link at the bottom, and when the resolution gets disapprovals from, say, 10% of the delegates, it goes up for a repealment vote to the entire UN, with the voting system working the same way. If a majority vote for repealment, then out it goes.

Would that be possible to do if we are going to have a repeal process?
