How exactly do you create a poll? Or can only a select few make them?

There's a checkbox when making a post that says you want to make a poll, after submitting the post, another screen will come before it's actually posts to ask you your questions and choices, then, you can submit the post for actual posting.

Once you get to the screen described above, I think the directions are fairly clear, so as long as the forum cooperates, the poll should work. The ones here generally work a lot better than polls on other forums.
