Erm ye i just started and i dont no wot the hell 2 do, ive answered one issue and ive had a few telegrams but thats it, wot else is there to do?

it seems so slow when does thing start to speed up, nothin is happenin at all, im not gettin any issues or telegrams

You are currently getting 1 issue per day. You can eventually change this to 2 per day, if you feel so inclined. As for telegrams, well, people have to have a reason to write you, right? Like I said, check out the stickies. They explain things alot better than I ever could...

the stickies dont tell u much, 1 is about IRC channels, 1 is about what every letter means, they are no help at all

Try the stickies in "Gameplay". They should prove to be much more helpful.
The most important thing to read to understand the game is the FAQ. I'd start there.
