What does it mean when a nation has a certain number of verified endorsements? Does it just mean that the server update hasn't gotten around to the other nations yet?

Also, do the UN rankings, population, and delegate status in a region all occur at different times?

Verified Endorsements are the ones that the person had at the last update. This number appears if it differs from the current amount.

The population and UN ranking update occurs at a different time that the endorsement and Delegational update - I think. I would ask some one else on that one.

I think it has to do with the logical ordering of arguements in the game's CGI script. Certain conditions need exist before something else happens. Plus, when the script runs, it needs to open a massive database file and append the changes and then loopback and make more changes.

Does this make sense, or am I blithering?

Half-and-half in my mind.
