Only one submitted proposal at a time?
I was under the impression that UN nations could only submit one proposal at a time, yet it appears there is one nation who has 4 proposal posted at the same time?

If I get what you're saying,
The UN can only have 1resolution up for vote at any time. A nation (with at least 2 UN endorsements) may submit any number of legal proposals.

I'm sure I remember a nation getting warned for submitting multiple proposal....
