I think a telegram should be sendt to all UN memebers when a new resolution is up for voting. This to try to increase the number of active voters in the UN.

Let's face it, there are too few active nation in the UN.

Can the mods do that?

It's just as simple to click on the UN link and see it for yourself. :p

And a lot less annoying. I already get frustrated with the stupid telegrams about how resolutions have passed.
