Is it allowed 2 have 2 nations, i know it isnt allowed 2 have 2 nations in the UN, but is it allowed 2 have 2 nations and 1 of them is in the UN?

Yes. I have 29 nations, but only 1 is in the UN.
And "2" is not a preposition.
