But be careful who you send telegrams to. Generally you can solicit people in the Pacifics, both through telegrams and once a day on the regional board

Ive starteda region and wantto invitea nation how do I do this? You tend to get more results if the telegrams are spelled properly.
I believe there hasn't been a ruling made against telegramming anyone, regardless of their location. Avoid posting on regional boards of player created regions, though.
