Looking in the II stickies, the 'List of National Leaders' thread seems to be a bit...complicated. Not every nation's leader is listed, for one, and whoever makes the latest incarnation of the thread has a looot of editing tasks to do. This is both troublesome, tedious, and IMHO unnecessary.
Instead of having a person do it in a thread on the forums, couldn't we have, in addition to national animal and currency, the name of the nation's current leader? We could even have a dropdown list of prefixes, such as 'President' or 'Lord' or 'Overlord' or 'Supreme Ruler' or something like that that the user can choose from. Perhaps after a set population - say, 500mil - the user is able to completely customize the prefix.
That way, users wont have to refer to a thread to find out the name of the national leader when telegramming them or the like. They can just look it up on the nation's page...a line could be added somewhere in the description that says '$nation is currently led by $leader' or however the variables are done in NS.
This might have been asked before, I don't know. I tried searching but got no matches...I could be misusing the search feature though. At any rate, it's one search every 180 seconds, so...
