i am a new guy and i want to know how to creat a region

Go to "The World" on your side bar on the left side of the screen. Once you get there, read the page, it will show you a link to "create a region." After that, you know as much as I do. I'm just a follower here.

Actually, you need to click the 'Tired of life in ____? Then move to a new region!' link, then click the '[Create a New Region]' link.
