Hey I havnt posted in ages and well i have a question since NationStates has been upgraded I was wondering if it is possible to change the name of your nation.

No, it is not, you'll need to create a new nation with the name your desire, if available. However, once you reach 500 million in population, you can change your "pre-title" to reflect what you wish.
