Before everyone starts yelling at me to use proper grammar, I realize my usage of "are" was incorrect there, and it was also intentional. As a whole, my grammar/spelling tends to be good.

Moving on, I was wondering where I was supposed to put questions regarding such topics as "How do I know how much money country has?" I have looked, perhaps not enough, but have not found a thread or a sticky with this in it. I found a thread that had something about an economic calculator, and was wondering what that is.
