Since we are hoping that more people learn to write and submit proper proposals, is there any way the proposal character limit can be increased?
I had to cut a meaty chunk of wording from my proposal to get it all in.
additionally, anyway to allow for bolding, and italics in the proposals so that submitters can highlight clausal names and subsections?
