hehe...this is a bit weird...but since the server chang, i havent yet figured out how to access the send telegrams page from the forums page (like before when you only had to click the name of the nation at the side of their post and etc etc)

You have to copy the name of the nation and go to "The World" on the main NS page and find that nation to TG them.

mmmhmm...have to do it the long way...blah...
