Hello, I would like to create a new nation and call it 'Rhodesia,' but it says that name is reserved for a former nation. However, as of now, there is no nation with that name. May I be permitted to create a new nation with this name? Thank you for your time. Good day.

No nation is allowed to recreate a region with a former nation's name, in case that nation ever decides to come back and resurrect that nation; that wouldn't be fair if you stole their name, now would they? :p
