I am only 3-days new, and I have gotten some help, but I need some more.

1) Can you join forces? I mean join forces as in two or more countries forming an 'empire' or something.

2) Making Alliances Can you make alliances with certain countries. If so, how?

3) Websites for Regions?? I see that some regions have their own maps, and constitutions, etc. As well as their own website dedicated to their region...can I do that? How do I do that? (I know how to make a website...I want to know how I can link it from my NationStates region home page to the new one...)

4)Starting Wars! Can I start wars by pairing up with two or more countries to fight against one country I think is doing a bad job???

Also, I'd like to know how to become a U.N. delegate. if you are a member of the UN are you a delegate?? or is that a whole different process??
And finally, I would like to know how to hold elections....

Anyhow, NS wars and alliances are Roleplayed in the International Incidents and NationStates forums, you should go over to International Incidents and read the forum stickies - they really help.

Of course you can create a forum and a website for your region. The best way to get it across is to have your founder post the URLs in the Regional Factbook.

And UN Delegates... Other regional UN members can endorse you (well, you too need to be in the UN ;)). The nation with the most endorsements at the daily update becomes Regional Delegate. The best place to hold delegate elections is to use an offisite forum and then have all UN members endorse the poll winner. Hope that helps ya!
