Multi-Nation User Logon

I dunno if it's been suggested, so sorry before hand if I'm going over old material (here's a thought, if I am, stop reading. Skip to the bottom and reply saying it's been paved over and the answer was _____. Ok?).

I have alot of nations, and it'd be very nice to be able to log on to Nationstates as ME (User Frank, or whatever) and access my nations via that medium. This would be a useful tool for all multi-nation players.

I'm pretty sure that everyone can think of neat little uses for this, so I'm not even goign to bother listing them all. The most obvious one I've already stated, and I think it outweighs any and all bad things.

I will list some bad things about this idea though- would be a massive workover for the game, I imagine. I mean, a new system would have to be implemented, whereby you could edit all sorts of things regarding your nations, etc etc etc... if you considered the current Nationstates to be an advanced version of it's original self, what I'm proposing would essentially start over again, and it would probably take just as long to get to our current point of basic happiness with the accessibility of the game.

This is, in that case, a long term goal, one which would essentially revolutionize the game. Not much, but vaguely. Some might say "what if people made more than one Master Account?", and I'd say "Why would they bother, and what would be the point?"

This is just a spur of the moment thought, totaly in disregard to all previous conversations regarding this idea, and I'm pushing it as a totally naive idea, unrefined.

I think that's more of what NS II puppetry will be about...

Impossible. You'd have to create a USER ACCOUNT and with that class nations underneath it. And we can't determine whose nation belongs to what IP because IP's fluctuate.

someone i know plays this game with some kind of browser add-on...

he just opens www.nationstates.net and then he can pick one of his nations and be automatically logged in with them...

don't remember what that add-on is, but if you're interested, send me a telegram on NS, and i'll look it up for you.

It's been paved over and the answer is no.

It just isn't technically feasible.

You can create multiple of the "realms" (your country), and access them through a master account. personally I got sick of that game after a while, but for different reasons.
