one of my nations is unable to upload a flag,
i have a few nations (only one in UN) and all of them but one can upload flags,
in this nation (ratbrain5) everytime i try to upload a flag, the flag box is blank w/ a red X in the top right corner (can't view it)

Sometimes it takes a cycle (of the server) to change the flag

All delays in seeing custom flags are not server side. They are either due to client side caching or caching by the ISP.

it is not my fault, all my other nation can upload a flag, but this one,
and i uploaded one yesterday, it didn't show up, and it has yet to appear, so the cycle theory is wrong
I have to say I haven't seen that happen before. You could try to give it a little more time; or perhaps you could attempt to upload a different flag, one that you know works.

Be sure that it's not the server you uploaded the flag too that has its problems. I concur with Polok, attempt to upload a flag you know that works - if that flag succeeds, then it's the server your flag is on that's failing...
