In general I have noticed there are more people posting anonymously. The majority (what little I have seen) seem to be taking pot shots at people.
How about turning the bit to make them login first?
This should also cut out a few drive by trolls...
There are registered nations, it's just at the moment they appear as guests.

I was wondering about this myself. I registered over two weeks ago, and verified my email address via the message nationstates sent me, and I'm still showing up as a guest. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks for any help out there. :)
