An issue with issues...?

I set it so that I get 2 issues a day. But, when I open the issues, all I have is one! And then then the next day I have 2 or 3! WHATS :headbang: GOING :headbang: ON! :headbang: :headbang: :headbang:

Okay, at this point, I've learned to be wary before doing any Mod-like stuff in the Jolt areas outside of NationStates, but this is clearly NationStates subject matter. :)

To answer the question: NationStates has two system updates each day: The major update (when UN endorsements and regional Delegacies are reevaluated), and the minor update (which doesn't do as much stuff as the major update). These updates are separated by 12-hour intervals.

When you set your preferences to one issue per day, you get one issue every two system updates (that is, one every 24 hours). When you set the option to two issues per day, you get a new issue every system update (that is, one every 12 hours).
