Technical/Admin never answers emails
Ive sent 500 billion emails and posts to technical help and to Adminstration cause I couldnt access the forums under this name and they provided me exactly ZERO assistance and never answered one email and they never seem to leave this particular folder which is pretty meaningless help when someone cant access this folder in the first place
Technical/Admin tends to get several hundred e-mails a week. You try sorting through that many e-mails.

Yeah, it takes awhile to sort through those e-mails, be patient.
since you get so many emails and someone cant access the forums to get help here then essentially theyre dead meat :\

If you like, you kan add this link to your browser. It really helps allot.
http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/page=problems
It doesn't help much for people who are new, though. People come, find problems and no way to solve it, and leave the game again.

thanks Gothic--that was my main complaint--this link needs to be more publicized so that when people are locked out of the forum they dont feel like their cut off from all communications

Yeah, it is just like the "getting help" (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/-1/page=help), somwhere hidden, on a place where newbies can't find it, is the "getting help" (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/-1/page=help) page. It took me about 3 weeks to find it, but it was no problem than, since this forum was so easy to find. And when you finally have found "getting help" (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/-1/page=help), you don't know how and where to post your complaint. Other is your safest bet, but somehow the thought, of having it posted in the wrong section, doesn't escape your mind. And when it is wrong, it will be ignored.
GMs never pay attention to the category anyway.
I agree that the Getting Help page link should be somewhere more prominent.
