There is a new feature I figure I'd point out ... a few of us are rating the threads. I wasn't sure if the ratings I'm seeing are my own or an average from all readers.
If they are an average (and I think they are), then I highly recommend that when a proposal becomes a resolution, that it be given 5 stars, just so the debate will focus in that thread.
Likewise, the stickies should probably be 5 stars as well.
