I think Founders and UN delegates should be able to upload regional crests just like individual nations do with flags. It could be a little bigger, and square as compared to flags, maybe 150 × 150.

Im more a fan of a good ol 300x200 12k Loopflag,
although I woudl actually have to make one for the EP then (^^').
