National Flag problem

I can't upload my flag, even though it's in JPEG format. It's only about a KB oversized, and I know that other nations have uplaoded flags that are a lot larger than that. Should I just keep trying until it uploads?

It has to be around 5.5, and not 6 like it tells you. Oversized flags can't be uploaded.

The dimensions don't matter at all. It's only the size in KBs that matters, and GK is right in saying it needs to be around 5.5 kbs.

the server recognizes any thing over 5.5 as 6 (It rounds it up I think)
you just need to pop it below. and bam you are ok,

Just think if it didnt do that, for each flag we would save like 0.4kb/400bytes (for instance) and all added up over all nations, thats alot of space saved which means we could have larger flags or something else.

Yup Sal could probably fix it, I wish that it was upped to say 12k for nations who have been here for a while, that woudl be nice.

Actually I would rather see them sent to us via our registered E Mail address. as they cycle out of the normal span of 15

Yeah I remember the days where we had 10 *shudders*
Anyway, Id personally not get them sent to our email, you'll get some idiot who will decide to spam your email, and as the Mods cant look at it, nothing can be done.
Also I dont really have alot of space in my email at the mo', and clear outs always fail.
Besides, many nations dont arent registered to email
