Some people want to be in the un for the good proposals and the endorsments, but sometimes certain proposals go through and they dont want to resign eg. its too much trouble, they lose all endorsments and their endorsments to everyone, etc. It may be in affect already but shouldnt you make it so if a nation votes against something, and it passes, they dont get affected?

Unfortunatly, you are either in or out of the U.N. That is one of the problems with Democracies. Those who don't win the vote must still abide by the decision, even if they were 49.9999999%. Sucks, no? :(
