I keep getting issues I know I've already answered. It wouldn't have bothered me too much if it hadn't been the last 4 in a row. Is this a bug, or just a chance occurence?

There are only 133 issues in the game (until November last year, there were only 31) and they will inevitably repeat after a while. Have patience, new ones will be coming soon. :)
