Just wondering if I am the only one having this problem.

Basically, the frames don't work. When I click issues, nation, settings, region, UN etc etc, the page opens up without the frames (i.e. missing the navbar on the left).

No doubt this is a problem with my browser, but as I say I'm wondering if anyone else has the same problem.

i fixed it by restarting my computer :P

No, the problem is not with your browser or with your computer. The server is overloaded and the site sometimes can't deal with all the traffic. Just refresh the page a few times until the navbar comes up.

I have that every day, at a certain time. I simply surf to another site, and when I come back, I can work here for another half hour. It is no big deal. As long as it is easily dealt with, I can live with it.

Ahhh right, cheers for that Unfree Peoples. I had noticed that its particularly bad at certain times of the day.
