I'm not in the habit of suggesting new features for the game, but... on dossiers, there is no check box at the top to "select all nations". There is a nice little box for removing all telegrams on that page, but nothing for your dossier. It should be pretty easy to add, and when your dossier gets into really high numbers and you need to clear it... well, that happened to me tonight for about the tenth time, and it gets awfully bothersome.
I know Sal's list is probably large enough already, but hopefully this could be implemented sometime in the near future.
