We are in a region in which we have only 9 member nations and we were wondering that if we are the only U.N. representative in the region are we automatically the delgate? or do we need more nations in order to have a delegate? Just curious thankyou. :)

In order to get a delegate, you need at least one other delegate to endorse you. This means that one UN member is not enough to get a delegate.
