The first one is probably a mod pupet, but the pic, that's cool.

The second is probably created by Amerigo (Which used to be a mod, as I recall), the ex-mod. That makes 1 mod puppet, and one mod-created region :P

Judging by Sal's post in the region... they had exploited a security hole that was around a long time ago, has since been fixed, but no one ever saw the WFE to fix it after that.

Only if they haven't changed their settings. When the Settings are updated, the pretitle is automatically chopped to 28 letters. Every time I change my settings, I have to go into the Centre and reset it.

...which is why I avoid changing my settings.

Well, I hold the founderstatus of one of those backwater regions. After someone I know told me about this discussion I asked the mods if it was illegal to hold the WFE such as I have and they responded (rather quickly I should add)

No, not really. I took it down an half hour earlier so I wouldn't get the full fury from a mod with a bad day or something. Not that I am extremly sorry that you missed it, after all, if it hadn't been for you.. *mutters* I wouldn't had learned it was against the NS law.
