How can someone access the controls for a region when the founder has ceased to exist? There are still residents of the region, however, there is no UN delegate. Help!
If you're going to get to the controls then you'll need either a founder or a delegate. You could try all moving out of the region and then, when the region auto-deletes after the update, move back and become a founder.

I have read somewhere that when the founder intially dies, the UN Delegate can access the regional controls automatically, BUT then if the UN Delegate does ban Delegate regional controls, then it cant be brought back unless you do what Sirocco has said.

Thanks folks. One more question...how often does an update happen, or is Sirroco speaking of the move to the new server?
The update is when the game puts in all the new information it's accumulated - so that issues will pass, nations with the most endorsements will become delegates, et cetera. It happens once a day.
