Is it possible to change the name of your nation?

I actually thought about this the other day--

What about real life nation's like Congo (which is now something like the Democratic Republic of the Congo), or Russia (which has always been Russia, but prefered USSR for a while back there...)

People should be able to change the name of their Country....maybe...

How do I delete my nation?
You can't. I decided it's better to have people upset because they can't start over with the same nation name than people upset because their nations got accidentally deleted.

If you don't log your nation in, it will be deleted automatically in 28 days.

You can't change your custom name but you can change your government type which is what changed for Congo, Russia etc if you think about it.

If everyone kept changing their names no-one would be able to find each other or know if they're sending telegrams to the right person. It would also be too hard for overseers to keep a track of "constant offenders".

After you reach a population of 500 million you can change the first part of your nation's "name."
