My Civil Rights And Political Freedoms were at Superb for a long time and then lowered to Excellent a week ago and haven't changed since. And my friend ---Neo-Korea--- has had Very Good Civil RIghts for about just as long, so I thought he had the same problem but now I think it's more EASILY affected as his Political Freedom recently reached World Benchmark (though it might've changed). Why does it seem like my Civil Rights and Political Freedoms aren't being affected no matter what I do?

To my knowledge, they might not seem to be moving for some issues don't affect the category has much, or with another issue, you might've accidentally reversed the decision with out knowing it. This is what I've heard, and when you get older, like myself, issues have less and less of an effect on your nation.

It took me little over six months to get my economy to Powerhouse.
