First off; I am a noob at this.

Ok, to the question. I made a region (Holy Communist Central) and I would like to know how to become the UN Delegate for that region. I already am a member of the UN and an very confused about how I go about making myself the delegate to this new region.

You have to gain the most endorsements of UN members in your region, then, at the next update, you'll be Delegate.

Ok, first off. You have to go to the 'world' section. You than go down to the bottom where there is a region search. You search for 'Holy Communist Central'. Once you get there, You press the 'Join Holy Communist Central' Button. Once you are in, you go to the 'UN' panel. It will say 'join UN' or something. It will let you Join.

And that is how you join the UN.
