Ok First you get a Daddy Region. then you find a Cute Mommy region and you invite them both to a party, and you make sure that they notice each other.
then you make sure that they get put in a situation where they bot get to talk and get to know each other, and hopefull you dont have to up the alcahol content of their drinks.
well if everything goes well, they spark and get together, and date,
well after 6 months to a year, they get married and
Nine months later, a bouncing baby region is born.
