Can we invade?
With the weird population thing thats happening, are people's endorsements not updating? If so, does that mean that no invasions, defences or other changes of delegacy are possible, or are only possible with some nations/regions?

We are allowed to invade during glitches, but I see no benefit in this one. No matter how many endorsements you have, you will not become a delegate, because the update isn't happening.

I think that was his question... will the updates happen? I think they do, I thought I saw a few delegate changes in the past few days.

I think so... my UN nation gained an endorsement that seems to have stayed.
I became delegate, so I guess it is possible.

I still have endorsements pending from three days ago... so, maybe the updates are happening in some regions and not others.
