Unrelated; I'm fairly sure it's related to the quote tags in Cottonisking's post.

This should probably be in "Moderation", as only a Moderator can clean this up.

The effect is browser dependent (only Internet Explorer messes it up *that* much...). It appears to be caused (directly) by the unclosed <td> and <span> tags, which are caused in turn by the BBCode getting confused. This might be a problem in phpBB caused by pessimal data.
