You can only invade regions
How to do that:
You must have more endorsement then the current delegate. That will make you the new delegate. In founderless region you will have control of the region and have taken it over.
BE SURE TO FOLLOW THE INVASION RULES THOUGH. THERE IS A STICKY IN THE MODERATION FORUM.
