How often? With issues.
How often does your country have an issue? I just joined and I got an issue the first day but haven't since and its been 2 days. Infact I am still waiting for them to pass the issue I voted on when they said it would take over night? Ant one have thoughts?

It's in your settings. Usually at the end of a weekday PST.
yea it took me awhile to get my 2nd one... but i set it so i get two a day

You don't get them together. I receive one after one o'clock in the night and one after twelve daytime. (I am living in a different time zone than you, I think. ;))

the the issue issuing time is changing it seems. I live in PST (bc, canada) but i usually got both issues when i woke (6-10am pst) rather than one earlier (eg. i usually am off the comp by 12pm pst) but i got an issue before (9pm pst) so.... who knows? besides this is more an issue for the technical forumn than general (damn I'm getting drunk, but still coherent,, scary)
