Thousands of disgruntled players!

Since the fateful passing of the last UN resolution, a deluge of bitter posts has flowed into the UN forum. From what I can tell, it is generally the strong sentiment among Nationstates players now, as it has been for some for a long time, that there needs to be some sort of method for repealing past follies that, upon later reflection, players realize the grave consequences of allowing to pass. In fact, this feeling was so strong that I think I can safely say I speak for the majority of Nationstates players when I say please, create a system for repealing old resolutions!

Perhaps it could be a system where a proposal to repeal an old resolution must contain a counterplan that could simply be put in place instead of the current resolution. I admit I know nothing of how to organize such a thing, but it certainly does not seem so farfetched, does it?

Well you can thank Myrth for that, you see, the resolution was failing by 100 votes until Myrth got teh Delgate of Europe to vote for it at the last minute.

I personally still think the UN has no rights to legislate such things, or anything related to local economies.

[violet] and Max both have that on their (long) to do list, and hopefully it will be coded at some point. I still don't know the system quite well enough to do it myself.
