If someone you don't know declares a war on your country, and you aren't on for awhile, you should be notified of the declaration. Is there any way that this could be possible.

Technically, when you RP a war, the two parties (or more) involved TG, IM, or e-mail each other to coordinate it.

Thus, if someone declared war on you and you were informed of it prior to the declaration to hash out the details (as real RPers tend to do), there is no need for this system.

What if a noob did it to you and he had no idea of real RPing.

My Military is 196 Million men and I possess roughly enough Nukes to decimate the planet 8 times, as well as a space program.

Your unconditional surrender is to be tendered no later than 5 pm tomorrow, as I have 39 men to gaurd each and every citizen or your nation. (considering should I chose to use non lethal tactics destroying only machines and buildings.)
