It is all RP. As your nation is new, I'd not advise war.

RP = Roleplay. There isn't any way to declare war on this forum by pressing on buttons. You need to roleplay everything. That means communicating on this forum on all of your actions. Unless you want to telegram others in private.

ya i understand all of that. but how does one take control over anotehr region?
You can go to a region and try to seize the UN delegate position, but read the rules on invasions first, however if the founder has stopped UN delegate control over the Regional Control Board it isn't worth the invasion.
