I just have one question about the search engine in NationStates.

Is it realy that basic that you need the FULL name of a nation
to look it up. For instance, if I want to see all the states
that start with 'The Nomadic People of ' , what do I do ?

You can't, it doesn't search by the Pretitle.

this is not possible, you need the nation's name.

search google for

+"the nomadic people of" +nationstates.net

and you should find a few of them
