I (if you haven't read my name yet) am The Free Asteroid Belt, I am in the region Nations Of Outer Space, and there is one thing that really bugs me. That is when I get issues which regard space. This forces me to spend tax money on something I’m already doing, or throw out science I should already have. Either that or dismiss it but I hate throwing out issues.
And so, I would like to suggest an improvement to the game. Nations who are in space should be recognized as such. Al beit right now this would only service six nations, but soon thousands of nations would flock to Nations Of Outer Space. It could even be made a special region where sub regions could be made. What do you think? :D

I run into this too with one of my puppets (seriously, who's gonna walk around naked on freaking Mercury?).

However, you have to keep in mind that the questions were made with the assumption that you're on Earth, not elsewhere. I tend to just dismiss the issues that make no sense when contrasted against the nations RP.

Also, you can have fun with it, like when my Mercurial colony ranked in the 2000s for Trout Fishing, heh.

At one point I proposed being able to ignore a limited number (a dozen or so) of issues.

I forget whether Sal said that this would be plausible or not, but the only people who were utterly negative about it was this one person who basically said "BUT THAT'S NOT REALISTIC!!1" Heh, and the things that you two are mentioning here is? I wish I could have shown them this thread then.

Just choose in the 'What would my nation do if this issue/ option was even possible?'

I hope to join you in space. I am doing the first step, getting cities into orbit. Then I am setting up resource collection and then building ships to explore. I am attempting to create a history of this so it can be followed through mi posts and the Region board.

I figured it would be better (and more "realistic") if I did it this way.
